1. What types of bedding products do you offer? We specialize in high-quality chăn ga gối đệm including: sheet sets (fitted + flat + pillowcases), duvet covers & inserts, comforter sets, pillows (down alternative, memory foam, etc.), mattress protectors, bed skirts, and more. All designed for comfort, durability, and easy care.

2. Where do you ship? We currently ship to all 50 states in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico where available). International shipping is not available at this time.

3. What are my shipping options and how long will it take? We offer the following shipping methods to the US:

  • Express Shipping (3–6 business days): $20
  • Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 (most popular choice – free on all orders!)
  • Free Shipping (7–14 business days): $0
  • Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10 (alternative paid option in some cases)

*Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

4. Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer FREE Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) on every order – no minimum purchase required. This is our default and most selected option.

5. What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. You may return unused/unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping fees if applicable). Simply contact us to start the return process. Items must be in original packaging and condition. Personalized or custom items are non-returnable.

6. How do I care for my bedding? Most of our products are machine washable. We recommend cold/warm wash on gentle cycle, tumble dry low, and avoid bleach. Specific care instructions are included with each product and listed on the product page.

7. Are your products hypoallergenic? Many of our pillows, comforters, and sheet sets feature hypoallergenic fillings and fabrics (down-alternative, bamboo, etc.) that resist dust mites and allergens – perfect for sensitive skin or allergy sufferers.
